Currently sitting in the parking lot writing so people actually understand they SHOULD NOT COME HERE! When receptionists are assholes and don’t make you feel comfortable, you can’t expect anyone to wanna stay long enough to talk to your doctors. Get some new staff or train the rude ones you have.
Long wait but pleasant receptionist and nurse . Dr. Kilgannon took the time necessary to discuss the problem and give a solution. Except for the wait, I was glad to have a facility available when my regular doctors office was closed and was able to get the necessary medical care.
Nice receptionist, nurses assistant and Dr. Have always had a good experience there as far as the staff is involved.
The receptionist here is the worst person I've ever encountered in my entire life. I am so sorry that someone should live their life in such misery and aggression towards other people. However, her manner and tone are extremely unprofessional for any business but especially medical. I was treated with complete disrespect and rudeness. I have never felt this way from an interaction with a "professional" in my life. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to have a conversation with her. This is my second time here (first time she was rude as well but worse this time). I am horrified by this experience and will never go back to this clinic again. I would take the time and effort to go somewhere else.
Took over two hours to get in when I got there 30 min after they opened ...called first and asked if I could make an apt she said no walk ins only then after sitting for two hours I asked how much longer it would take ..she said there where two people In front of me because they had an apt .....seriously shouldn't all patients be treated equally?
