kind of feels like a meat market .....get in line and wait for it...and very rude and uncaring
Nice place with friendly ppl that works there also they do a good job. Also the doctors know there stuff & also friendly as well and lastly it's in a good location.
Staff treats patients with compassion and respect. I am fortunate to be in their care.
Not very often do I have something bad to say about a doctors office. However, this visit took the cake. I called yesterday to have my son's epi pen and inhaler prescriptions filled, without them he would not be able to attend school or the before and after school program. I also told the secretary I would need the auths for the school and the program to administer them. I was assured that would all be taken care of today. I come to the clinic which is 25 minutes out of my way just to be told that the auths aren't ready and that they will call me. I work 60 hours a week. I can not just leave work on a whim. My son's life literally depends on these two pieces of equipment. First of all, I do not appreciate the secretary in the front rolling her eyes at the nurse about me. I'm sorry my son's extreme allergy to things is an inconvenience for you. It is for him too. Secondly, know that neither him nor I will be coming back to this office. It's such a shame as we LOVE our doctors here. But, I've never had a great experience with the front desk people as it is. So, onto a better doctors office.
The doctors are great but there have been times I have called to set up a referral with a client and have been on hold for way too long.
