Drove all the way here to be told there's a two hour wait. There were only two vehicles in front of me. What a waste of time.
They are friendly and do a good job. My only gripe is that they forced me to use synthetic oil for my 09 Camry, eventhough I didn't.

It would be nice if they answered the phone. They drained my oil then said they didn't have my oil filter. They said I can go out and buy one or they can just out new oil back in but are still charging me for the oil. Of course I went out and bought one. I don't want to pay for two oil changes.
