I've brought both of my vehicles and now my daughters as well.. At this point I can say this without hesitation this is an honest business and professional people work here... I've had my share of disappointments with other brake and muffler chain businesses both Midas and Meineke with attempts to scare you into buying more than you need costing big bucks...
Had a great experience here today. My exhaust was fixed in a timely manner at a fair price. The manager Nate went above and beyond to reassure me it would be done right! Definitely recommend!
Treats my Honda Civic with the same amount of (great)care as the 120k Porsche in the shop. Very nice to see.
Nate the Manager of this location is patient and really takes the time to explain why or in this case why I shouldn't spend the extra money for work.. Now that was a first!!!
I left for work this morning and I get a message my tire pressure is too low. I tried the gas station but their pump didn't work. I rushed over to Meineke and waited until they opened. I walked in without an appointment in a panic because I potentially couldn't drive to work. The staff were more than friendly and went above and beyond to fill my tires with air. I was on my way after about 10 minutes and felt much safer. I highly recommend the Willimantic Meineke.
Will be bringing my vehicles here from now on..
Only place i go for maintenance on my cars, even when i lived 50 min away, still made the trek because this is such a fantastic shop and everyone rocks
