On my same visit I spoke with Sales to look at new trucks as my lease was ending. After searching the lot I decided that I will need more time to think if I want to buyout my lease or get into a new one. Lease ends in 6 months. They took down my name and number but I told them that I will give them a call in a month. The very next day the calls start, asking me if I made a decision. I insisted that I will call in a month. For the next 2 days they kept calling twice a day. On the 3rd day I get a call about a survey on buying a new truck, I find out that Capitol had them call me for a review. Borderline harassment, they are annoying, disloyal and will sell your information to 3rd parties.

I stopped in to do my due diligence for a comparison price to the Ford F150 I planed on buying the next day. I was so impressed with the Ram 150 that I decided to purchase it that day. Finance took 15 minutes and the sales manager was no pressure just helpful. I can only rate someone on my personal experience but Capitol was the most positive car purchase I've experienced to date.
a final price, ie tax reg ..... everything so I know where I stand. Howie presented a more than fair price, $6,000 lower than the comparabl Ford, and that price never changed one cent.

Absolutely horrible. If there was a way to give no stars that would be done!! Brought my car here for service, had an early appointment, didn't hear anything back until nearly the end of the day. Was told car would be ready the next day, was then told the next morning, then again the end of the third day. Absolutely zero customer service, no contact with the customer, I had to initiate every communication. Price kept changing too depending on who I was talking to. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Drive a little further and get real customer service, not just lip service from this laughable excuse for a dealership.
Brought my truck in to get my tires rotated and oil changed. They call me to say I need new rear brakes, I told them not to change them as I've never felt any inclination while driving that the brakes need to be changed. 2,500 miles later I am in NY and get my oil changed at my main dealership and I ask them to check the rear brakes. The other dealership said I had over 50% life left and there is no need to change during this service. I will not bring any vehicle back to Capitol as they try to scalp money from customers.
