it use to be great with the original owner, then mark took over, was ok not great but ok, then he sold it, the next owners owned it for about a couple of months made a mil off of it, then they sold it, now who knows who owns it, what i dont like is the girl at the office, who is in charge , she is very anal about the place and she doesnt even live here, cant have the grass more the 4 in long, cant even have an open fire, company made, ohh but i see people with fires around the park, ok to some up here, if you want a place that feels like a prison then move in here, i am now moving out, ohh and rent keeps going up every year, we started at $390 in 4 years it is now up to $430 if you are late on rent it increases 10%
