Waitress attentive and friendly. I asked for a med-well burger; she did advise that they do not use thermometers, and that the quarter pounder I ordered was very thin, so there shouldn't be a problem. The burger was quite crispy!!!
Worst place around!! The restaurant had at least 20 flies in the entrance and at the customers tables. It too them 10-15 minutes to seat us. Then when we were seated, while trying to fight off the flies it took the waitress another 15 minutes to come over and ask about drinks. I was disgusted with service and atmosphere that we just left.
I never usually have a bad experience here. This time though my ice cream was melted when it arrived at the table. They took a long time to deliver it too. They were not busy. It was 45 minutes before closing. I think we were forgotten about and the ice cream had been made up and was sitting back there and then the waitress realized that nobody brought it to us and she went and got it. Lack of communication between workers. Each one thought the other was going to make the delivery. The customer suffers.
Good and service good portions small
THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE ALREADY. Every time I give this place another shot they always go above and beyond to make my experience awful. At first the server forgot one person's drink. Then after everyone in my party's food came out, I waited 15 mins for my entree. It was incorrect and there was unexpected "cheese" on the side. It tasted like dishwater and was the same consistency of such. All the food was room temperature. We waited another 15 mins for the server to notice there was an issue and immediately said "yeah that cheese looks weird" before I had a chance to say so. WHY WOULD YOU SERVE THAT IF YOU KNOW IT LOOKS WEIRD?!? Completely unacceptable service and inedible food.
