I placed an order with them online today. I waited about an hour and then called to see what is going on with the food. They forgot to make my food and said they could start to make it now and i'll get it in 30 min. I told them to forget about it. I seriously didn't want to have to wait another hour to find out its still not being made. I'll just go with dominoes from now on.
Excellent service! Tonight was our first experience here, and instantly we were greeted welcomingly on the phone when we called to place our order. The delivery service was wonderful and our meal was fantastic! The employee who was delivering tonight did a phenomenal job making sure we had everything we needed for our order and customer service is clearly valued even outside of the restaurant itself, which is refreshing. The meal was delivered including plenty of ketchup and marinara sauce, which was very convenient, and was packaged well so that everything arrived in perfect condition. We will definitely order from and eat here again! 100% recommend! :)
P.S And the light piece of pizza I got to try was very yummy too :)
One funny bad comment I'd like to make is that they sell "Penne ala vodka" Which means Penne (the pasta) in vodka sauce. They don't have penne and ask if you would like ziti or spaghetti.
This was my first time going and I will definitely be going again! I literally just left there, and applaud such great customer service. From the time I ordered over the phone ( got a grinder and Antipasto), to the time I picked up and left, the service was on pint. I even was given a thin slice of of pizza to try while I waited for my order ( which I got there in 5 minutes from my place, so only took them 10-15 minutes to complete order overall) The women who answered the phone when ordering, and when I got there was very kind, had great customer service, and a positive attitude ( that many places theses days you don't get) They deserved everyone of these 5 stars and can't wait to go back. And if you are wondering how the food taste lol cuz that does count to, it was / is great (as I am stuffing my face) When you ask for a 12' grinder you get a massive 12' grinder and antipasto is loaded with meat and veggies. I have worked in the food industry for over 12+ and this place is all around got it *thumbs up*
Delicious pizza at a clean shop right by Main Street, Willimantic! This gives it an easy spot to get to. It's a little bit pricy, but given the quality of the taste you'll realize that it's worth it.
Never ordered wings and had them delivered in Tupperware. It makes the wings lose any texture and drowns them a bit. The pizza is good. Thumbs up on the pie thumbs down on the wings (when delivered). Never dined in.
I've eaten here since the above paragraph. The food here is overall bad. The pizza is pretty good and everything else is bad, like really bad. I've tried a lot of their food.
