When our washer decided to quit, we found this place simply because of it's location, but continued to go weekly because of the atmosphere. The prices are very low and I love the large 5-loaders as I have a large family and come with a huge car load every week. The managers are an elderly couple and the man is always watching out for people, and looking for ways to help and he knows those machines like the back of his hand. They also have snack machines, a couple old video games, a public restroom and three TV's to enjoy while you wait for your clothes. Very clean, professional place. Service is everything and I rate them a 4 and highly recommend them for all your washing needs. :) (The only thing I wish they would improve on is getting name tags/aprons or something to identify themselves as attendants so first-time visitors would know who to talk to if they need assistance.)
Feeling super disappointed. I go here all the time and only this place to do my laundry. Last call for using the washing machines is at 8:15p which I already knew that. I get there at 8:10p. The gentleman opens the door and says I can't come in because it's 8:15p, I say it's only 8:10p ..still insisted I was wrong so I left. Got in my car and it was only 8:13p. I went to another laundromat down the street that closes at 9:30p (this one closes at 10p). I got to the other one by 8:25p. The guy saw I only had one bag that consisted of a comforter and a few random stuff so it would be ok (last call for washing is at 8p). I finished at 9:20p at the other place. I have routinely gone to this location at last call and have always left by 9:40p with no problem. The other location I went to was actually a little cheaper as well. Just lost a customer!
Tons of washer and dryers. Friendly helpful staff. Clean bathroom and a/c.
5.00 just to wash. With 5.00 I can was and dry next to memorial park. Is a dump but the machines do the same thing.
