We only go to the Windham store because they are the nicest and most knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things and also don't push things you don't need. Alicia was very nice and answered all our questions when we got new phones.
This is the most knowledgeable Verizon store I know. All of the employees I have worked with have been great. I will only go here now!!
I had the pleasure of working with Alicia White this past Thursday. I was switching my provider to Verizon, due to the intermittent service I received at my house. Alicia made the process easy, & didn't treat it as 'just another transaction.' She helped me with options, accessories, and my new plan. Was at this store a couple of weeks ago and the service was on point. Steven was the person to help my boyfriend and I connect our new services and we were both satisfied with his performance, he was very nice very communicative and was able to answer all of our questions. I came in to receive a new model after my phone's hardware issue rendered it unusable and I had just gotten a new job. Alicia was the store employee who assisted me and made the experience easy and helpful to understand. Friendliness didn't hurt. I had a very good experience and left with a Galaxy Note 8.
