Excellent Doctor and great staff. I was taken in immediately after the paper work. Dr Chawla very patiently described all the procedures. The fillings were quick and painless. Radianz Dental is the best when it comes to treatment and behavior.
The staff is super friendly. BUT since I got work done therei moved and had to see another dentist. I've had 2 root canals because one tooth had irreversible pulpitis the other was cracked. I also have bands around one tooth and when they went to band the other and drilled for space his filling flew out. So far I have 2 cracked teeth and one that was just irreversibly inflamed. Friendliness only goes so far. Sorry guys I liked your friendliness but having to have my teeth drilled after makes it bad experience
This is the one of the nicest physician office I have ever visited. I have recently changed my dentist because of the inconsistent treatment. The staff is friendly. If you take an appointment there is no wait time. Dr. Chawla is soft spoken and an honest person. He will explain you the situation and will not advise unnecessary procedures. This is the quality, I would like to see in my dentist.
Well my experience wasn’t that bad but me and my wife saw this dentist been rude to his assistant, the assistant ask him to do something to get it done in less time and he in a rude voice said nop. Also he wasn’t so professional when we ask him for a treatment plan that we want it he keep saying no well guy I was going to pay for not you. The only thing I like was the receptionist and the assistant and of course before I for get he make my wife wait for ever and he was sitting in the computer do that in your own time not in the patient time to long of a wait
Best Cleaning that I have had in a while. Dr Chawla and staff are kind, friendly and always accommodating my schedule . I have been so pleased with his work that I have recommended him to friends and family.
The equipments were high tech and most advance. I have referred him to all my friends and relatives. Thanks to him and staff for taking care of my teeth and gums.
