This location is great. I recently had a terrible experience at the Brooklyn location however with one call to willimantic the excellent woman there found all our info and the vehicle we needed. Thanks so much!
I found this Enterprise because it is the closest rental spot to me. After using this branch a couple of times it soon became my favorite. I have rented from many other places in the past, but because of the extreme professionalism and the friendliness of the individuals that work in this branch, I will continue to only use the Willimantic Enterprise for my rental services.
If you want to deal with reasonable people who offer a good product at a very good price, go to Enterprise first. The others I checked with had deals that weren't, people that were rude, and all kinds of hidden costs. The price is the price with enterprise.
