Very fast. Service wonderful place to eat. This McDonald's should get a 10 stars. They have table service now. We made a very hard order and they got it perfect the first time. They have the grandkids all a smiley face you and asked us if we needed anything.
I went here for the Szechuan sauce because it was one of the few places in CT which claimed to have it this one Saturday. I called repeatedly for hours prior to check if they had it because I didn't want to drive a 30 min distance only to be disappointed that they didn't actually have it. Any time I called, all I got was beeping - an indication that the line is busy. I SUSPECTED some lazy worker put the phone off the hook on the counter so they wouldn't have to answer calls. When I finally went there, after a longish drive, I was very disappointed, but not surprised, to see that I was correct. The phone was off the hook, on the counter, completely unattended. Extreme disappointment and a huge waste of time. I even took pictures, and I reported this incident to McDonalds upper management and included the photos. I would rate it negative ten stars if I could.
I have reported this incident to corporate but if the company hires thieves then it must also be run by thieves.
THIEVES WORK HERE. I do not recommend purchasing food here. The cashier at the drive through stole $10 from my elderly autistic client. I told the manager about this and the woman told me to "take money out of your own pocket to replace the missing money".
I find the new McDonald's awesome the staff treat you well and they now serve you at your table now.
Quicker service now. Much better !
