Best bagels in New England hands down! Bagel one has been my absolute favorite bagels since I was a little girl.
The food here is great, but the customer service is awful. I've gone when they're busy and when it's slower. The way they take orders is extremely slow. At any given time they have at least 8 people working. A person takes your order, leaves the register to make the order and the other people in line have to wait until another staff member decides to stop talking in the back and come out to take the next order. The slow service would be acceptable if they were even remotely friendly.
Its alright. Its usually a long wait. If you pay by card they literally ask you if you are going to tip them which is awkward and makes me not want to go there. My order is usually correct if you order they way they want you too, there are signs posted on the 'correct' way to order.
The floors are gross and everything has a dirty look and feel. I wouldn't recommend eating there, just bring it home. If you look behind the counter, its really gross.
Had a great breakfast here. Blueberry bagel was very good, toasted just the way I liked and they did not skimp on the cream cheese. The coffee is very good, with a nice array of flavors, too. Seems to be popular with the locals, which is always a good sign.
Bagel and cream cheese is good. Best bagels we've found locally. The front is so dirty and poorly maintained that I suspect the kitchen is even worse. Counter help generally seems miserable. Probably time to scrub down your seating.
